By accessing or using the services provided by Leanderen Automation Specialists, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Leanderen Automation Specialists provides A.I. Automation, CRM setup, and lead management services primarily for Industrial and Home Service companies. Services are provided "as-is" based on the specific package or agreement selected.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of any accounts created through our automation funnels. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Payments and Fees
Service fees are outlined in your specific service agreement. All payments are due according to the schedule provided at the time of purchase.
3.2. Evaluation Period (The Trial)
All new accounts are subject to a fourteen (14) day Evaluation Period. During this time, the Client will not be billed for recurring service fees. The Setup Fee (if applicable) remains due immediately and is non-refundable. On the 15th day, the first recurring payment (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly) will be processed automatically unless cancellation notice was provided before the period expires.
3.3. Service Commitments & Billing Cycles
Clients may choose to be billed on a weekly, bi-weekly, or Monthly basis. Additionally:
(a) Flexible Plan: Requires a standard Setup Fee (typically equal to one month of service) with no long-term commitment.
(b) Commitment Plan: The Setup Fee is waived in exchange for a mandatory minimum commitment of six (6) months.
3.4. Early Termination
If a Client on a Commitment Plan terminates service before the end of their 6-month term, they agree to pay an Early Termination Fee equal to the original waived Setup Fee (typically equal to one month of service)
3.5. Promotional "Free Month" (Tier 3 ONLY)
Clients on a 6-month Tier 3 Commitment Plan are entitled to a one (1) month of service at no charge within their first term:
(a) Selection: The Client may choose which of the six (6) months is waived.
(b) Notice Requirement: The Client must provide written notice of their chosen free month at least SEVEN (7) DAYS prior to that month's scheduled billing date.
4. Intellectual Property
The content, logos, and automation workflows created by Leanderen Automation Specialists remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a written contract.
5. Limitation of Liability
Leanderen Automation Specialists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our automation tools or services.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
7. Cancellation & Termination
Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel their subscription at any time; however, a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice is required prior to the next billing cycle. If notice is provided less than 30 days before the next scheduled payment, the Client will be charged for one final FULL month of service. The thirty (30) day notice requirement applies only to active, paid subscriptions. During the initial 14-Day Evaluation Period, Clients may cancel at anytime effective immediately without further subscription or notice obligations.
8. No Guarantee of Results
While Leanderen Automation Specialists aims to provide high-quality automation and lean management tools, we do not guarantee specific financial results, lead volume, or business growth. Client acknowledges that business success depends on factors outside of our control.
9. Refund Policy
All payments, including Setup Fees and recurring subscription fees, are non-refundable. Due to the immediate allocation of resources and labor-intensive nature of AI automation setup, Leanderen Automation Specialists does not provide credits or refunds for partially used periods or cancelled accounts.
